I. Representation of Equipment

HTIG is committed to advertising its products and services in a clear, conspicuous and accurate manner. Some equipment is represented as it is described to us so buyer must confirm details.

II. Sales & Service

Sales & service personnel must:

  • Train to have knowledge of the product and be able to help satisfy the needs of the customers.

  • Provide each customer with a thorough and clear explanation of the steps involved in the purchase or lease of a system(s), or part(s) and follow those steps diligently.

  • Always treat each customer in a professional manner.

  • Be responsible for the prompt performance of post-sale administrative and delivery procedures.

  • Perform high quality repair service at a fair and competitive price.

  • Get the work done by trained and skilled technicians.

  • Obtain prior authorization for all work needed.

  • Notify the customer if completion promises cannot be kept.

  • Exercise reasonable care for the customer's property while in our possession.

  • Uphold the highest standards of service in our profession.

III. Financials

Implicit in these standards is the requirement that HTIG comply fully with all federal, state, and local laws governing their businesses. Disclose fully to customers the costs, terms, and contractual obligations of credit and lease transactions. Documents will be written in a simple, plain, and unambiguous manner. Our basic terms require that all purchases must be FULLY paid prior to removal of item(s).
